Please use these size chart to help determine your size. Sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use the charts as a general guide to compare the various size scales.
We love our customers and want to make the experience of online shopping as simple and fun as possible. With that said we offer our U.S. customers free shipping. We understand everyone's shape and form is different and sometimes outfits just don't work out. If you need to make a return, please email us at email@example.com and we will email you a return form to return your item for a full refund.
- All orders leave our facility within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday 11am to 4pm. If post office is closed due to holiday it will be shipped out following day post office is open.
- Some items may be on backorder which will delay shipping.
- Shipping fee for domestic orders is 100% FREE.
- All domestic packages are tracked to their final destination and we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item being tracked shows as delivered. If you are concerned about having packages left at the door etc., please provide a shipping address (such as a work address or family member's address) where someone can accept the package at the time of delivery.
- Some orders require signature tracking.
- Express shipping orders will be shipped out Monday through Friday same day if ordered by 10am pst. Weekend orders will be shipped out Monday. If the post office is closed due to holiday it will be shipped out the following day post office is open.
- We offer International shipping which usually arrives in 2 weeks from the date of the order depending on the destination.
- Phone numbers are required for International shipments.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination location of the package and the bulk of the goods being shipped.
- International orders may be charged additional taxes, duties or customs in the destination country. It is not the responsibility of Rumor Apparel to pay these charges so we recommend checking with your local postal carrier to see if you will incur charges before ordering.
- Customer may return order for a refund.
- Return postage must be paid by customer.
- Shipping cost paid by customer during checkout is not refundable.
- All returns require a return authorization from our customer service team. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization and form.
- Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days from receipt. Example If you receive it on the 1st, the latest we can receive it is the 14th. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
- Bodysuits and Swimsuits are all final sale, no exceptions. They are considered intimate items. Please email us for sizing information if you are not certain of what size to order.
- A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
- You may exchange your order for a different size.
- When exchanging your order for a different size and size is not available we will go ahead and refund your order.
